With over 11 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. S M Monjur Morshed brings proven expertise in global operations and business leadership. He has worked with renowned companies including Amazon USA and Spigen, gaining deep insights into international technology and e-commerce practices. For the past four years, he has led operations in a leading USA-based BPO service provider, driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Currently serving as the Managing Director of TechMate, he continues to leverage his extensive industry knowledge to deliver innovation, strengthen partnerships, and guide the company toward excellence in the tech and service sectors.
Ferdushy Jahan
Ms. Ferdushy Jahan brings a strong background in operations and vendor relations with over 8 years of diverse industry experience. She spent 5 years as an Operations Manager at a reputed global courier company, where she honed her skills in process optimization, logistics coordination, and team leadership. Building on that foundation, she went on to serve 3 years in the USA BPO service industry as a Regional Vendor Manager, successfully managing vendor networks, ensuring compliance, and driving service excellence.
As the Director of Vendor Management at TechMate, she leads with a commitment to efficiency, accountability, and long-term partnerships—ensuring seamless collaboration between vendors and the organization to support TechMate’s growth and success.
Fatima Tabassum
Ms. Fatima Tabassum is a dynamic young leader with a strong passion for people and organizational growth. Though her academic background is in Food and Nutrition, she discovered her true calling in Human Resource Management, where she has developed expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management.
